YOUR PRIVACY, SIMPLY PUT
QuickQ privacy policy: where your browsing history goes
One plain-language answer to one question: when you use QuickQ, where exactly does your information go?
Quick answer: The sites you visit, where your traffic goes, what your DNS looks up — QuickQ stores none of it and sells none of it. All we hold are connection dates (no times), how much data you used, which plan you bought, and error codes for fixing problems — just enough to keep the service running.
This policy applies to all services we provide and operate.
Hello, QuickQ user,
We are Airui Technology Co., Ltd., and thank you for using QuickQ. This policy skips the legalese and answers directly: which information we never touch, and which we use only to keep the lights on — listed one by one.
These we never touch
- Browsing history: We can't see the sites you visit, and we don't record them.
- Traffic destinations: Where you went online and what you accessed isn't in our database.
- DNS queries: We don't use DNS records to guess who you are.
These keep the service running
- Which days you connected (dates only, no hours or minutes).
- How much data you used overall.
- Which plan you purchased.
- Connection error information needed for troubleshooting.
What those are used for
None of them can identify you, and they serve exactly three purposes: keeping nodes healthy, handling your payments and plan, and fixing connection issues. Nothing goes into profiling or advertising, and nothing is ever sold to anyone.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses necessary cookies and local storage to remember your language preference and interface state. That's the whole list — no third-party advertising tracking pixels, zero.
Will this policy change?
It might get revised. If something significant changes, we'll announce it through the client or on this page, with the date shown accordingly. Keep using the service after an update and it counts as accepting the revision.
